We offer flexible rental windows - anywhere from hourly, to 24 hours, to multi-day events, depending on your needs.  Hourly rentals may not be available on prime weekend days.

Most definitely! Our Onsite Event Coordinator will partner with you throughout the planning process and on event day.  You may want to hire a wedding planner to coordinate all aspects of your wedding, such as obtaining caterers, florists, photographers, etc.

You must leave the premises in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the event. Taking out the trash is included in rental.

Your Onsite Event Coordinator can help you with designing the best layout for your event.

Yes! If you have already paid a deposit, you may take engagement photos at no extra charge. Reach out to the Onsite Event Coordinator to schedule.

Typically, you can rehearse the day before your event.  Timing depends on whether another event is happening on that day.  Please reach out to the Onsite Event Coordinator.

The Belfair, Allyn and Shelton areas have numerous vacation rentals.  Check with VRBO or Airbnb for accommodations.  There are limited hotels in the area; Little Creek Casino offers the largest one in the area.

Onsite parking is available for up to 25 vehicles.  Part of the wedding package fee includes parking attendants.  There is a park 'n ride about 1-1/2 miles from The Grant School off Hwy 3.  It is recommended that guests carpool to the event.

You are welcome to use your own vendors, but we have developed a list of vendors for your convenience. See Resources page for more information.

You may serve beer, wine, champagne and ciders.  We do not allow spirits (hard alcohol).

Whoever is providing the alcohol must obtain the appropriate permit(s) from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.

You will need to purchase Special Event Liability insurance and provide a copy of the certificate to the Onsite Event Coordinator 14 days in advance of your event.

Your vendors will also need to provide a copy of their certificate of insurance to the Onsite Event Coordinator.

The Pacific Northwest is known for its lovely Spring, Summer and Fall days.  Yet, there is always a chance of rain.  We strongly advise renting tents or canopies.

Yes. The inside facility is wheelchair accessible.

Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, vaping or other substances is prohibited inside and outside on The Grant School property.

Only service animals are allowed.
